The summer season ignites pleasure, relaxation and rejuvenation for almost everyone! However, fun in the sun, quickly starts to fade around the month of August and for most under the age of 22, it’s back to school. The finish of the favored season for most East coasters, sparks the fashion flame in the minds of students and faculty, questioning: “what will I be wearing for my back to school backpack?”
Some take the topic more serious than others but, I remember that feeling of going back to school after well deserved summer break. Dusting off a Kipling backpack (anything less was not even an option) and taking on what obstacles would be coming our way. Speaking of backpacks, there are a few new designer débuts that have stirred our emotions and awakened our feelings of motivation and eagerness to learn.
One of our favorites is the isis Bobo laptop backpack, that will not only hold your academic accessories but it will also fit your computer in its luxurious laptop compartment. Bobo is downright affordable (under $20) and filled with pockets for all your daily frills. Perky and purple, this bag is cool from pre K-all the way!
From reality to retail…Project Runway winner Chloe Dao, unveiled an amazing mini back to school backpack. For all the stylish students, craving a bit of class during class, this is just the bag for you. The decked daypack comes designed in Chloe’s exclusive print and plenty of interior pockets for all your personals. While it doesn’t hold a ton, Chloe Dao has created the perfect mini backpack by incorporation fashion and function.
Pretty in pink: Ful Brickhouse sling backpack is perfect for the gal who is always on the go. The hands free style will alleviate your hands, so they are available for “books” (or boys) and all other scholarly accouterments. Padded pockets allow plenty of space for your purse and personals. This laptop backpack is fun, functional and most importantly, fashionable.
These back to school bags make me feel like a fresh faced young teen, bright eyed, bushy tailed and ready to absorb all I can. Time to sharpen our pencils, refresh our outlook and remind us to work (and play) hard. Time to do some back to school shopping.
